If route data is missing for one or more routes in the PackageRoute app, you may need to manually upload a manifest to retrieve the most up-to-date data from FedEx. This can be done via the mobile app or web browser.
📚 If you're not sure why your route data is missing, review these articles first:
📱 Uploading a Manifest via Mobile App
-
Open the PackageRoute mobile app
-
Tap the side menu
-
Select Upload, then tap Manifest
-
Log into MGBA
-
The app will pull in the most recent manifest data from FCC
💻 Uploading a Manifest via Web Browser
-
Click the Upload option from the left menu on app.packageroute.com
-
Log into MGBA:
-
Click the FCC link
-
Select the Pick-Up and/or Deliveries tab
-
Download the individual P&D Excel manifest(s)
🚫 Do not use a combined manifest
-
-
Save the file as .XLS
-
Click Browse to find the manifest file(s), or drag and drop into the upload box on the Upload page
🛑 If the Route Does Not Appear in MGBA
If you're trying to upload a manifest but the route is missing from MGBA:
-
Check DRO to confirm if the route:
-
Is listed
-
Has stops/packages assigned to it
-
If the route is not listed in DRO or has no stops/packages assigned, we won’t be able to receive any data for it through MGBA or FCC.
We recommend checking with your station management to confirm there are no issues or delays with the route(s) and their data availability.
