From time to time, contractors may move to a new station. Instead of creating a new operation, simply let us know and we’ll be happy to update your account.
Send us a text at (360) 540-3295 or email us at support@packageroute.com and provide your FXID number, the station number you're moving from, the station number you’re moving to, and we’ll update your account in a few clicks.
Remember to reauthorize data subscription after the new station has been assigned to you so we can receive data for the new station. View Steps to activate data subscription to use PackageRoute to reauthorizing PackageRoute in FCC.
