No Van Scan Reports (also known as IBNS) are sent to contractors by the station after the sort is complete. AOs and BCs can upload the file directly from their email into PackageRoute using either the mobile app or the Web App.
📱 Uploading from Mobile

Make sure you're logged into the PackageRoute app.

If you manage multiple operations, first ensure you’re in the correct one.

Locate the No Van Scan Report in your email or file manager.

Tap to share the file, and choose to share it with the PackageRoute app.

Once successful, you’ll see a confirmation message and the number of stops added.

Tap Back to Monitor Page to return to the main screen.
What the driver will see:

On the Route page, a red notification will appear to alert the driver that No-Scan Stops were added.

The driver can either:

Tap the notification directly to review the stops, or
-
Open the stop list, then tap the No Scan tab.

From the No Scan Stop List, the driver can tap each stop to review and confirm details to add to their manifest.

💻 Uploading from the Web App

Go to app.packageroute.com and log in.

From the left-hand menu, click Upload.

Select the Inbound No Scan tab at the top.

Either:

Click Browse to locate the file, or
-
Drag and drop the No Van Scan file into the upload area.

What the driver will see:

Same as mobile: the Route page will show a red notification, or drivers can access the No Scan tab within the stop list.

Drivers can tap on each stop to review and confirm details for their manifest.
