The Exceptions tab on both the mobile and web app allows AOs and BCs to view all stop exceptions, including issues like bad addresses, customer not available, or any other exception codes scanned from undelivered packages.
📲 On Mobile & Web:

Open the Monitor page.

Tap or click the Exceptions tab (located at the top of the route list).

You’ll see a list of all exceptions scanned for the current day, sorted in chronological order (most recent first).
Each exception includes details like the time, stop address, and exception reason, helping AOs and BCs quickly identify and address delivery issues.
