If your station performs a dock reassignment and your operation is moved to a different dock (with new routes), you’ll need to update your PackageRoute account to reflect these changes.
What to do:

Activate the new routes that have been assigned to your operation.

Deactivate the old routes you are no longer responsible for.
✅ Only the AO or a BC with billing permissions can activate or deactivate routes.
Avoid Additional Charges
If this dock reassignment happens mid-billing cycle, please reach out to our support team before the end of your billing period so we can:

Remove prorate charges for any newly added routes.

Ensure your billing accurately reflects your active routes.
