Transferring a PackageRoute account to a new contractor can only be completed by our support team. If you are transitioning your business to a new contractor, follow these steps to ensure a smooth transfer.
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
To initiate the account transfer, reach out to our support team via one of the following methods:

Step 2: Provide Required Information
When contacting support, be ready to provide the following details:
- Name of the new contractor
- New contractor's FXID number (if available)
- Standup date (the date the new contractor takes over operations)
Step 3: Account Transfer Processing
Our support team will review the request and schedule the transfer. The account transfer will take place on the morning of standup or once the contract is live.
Once the transfer is completed:
- The original payment method will be removed.
- The new contractor will be prompted to enter a new credit card.
Step 4: Authorizing PackageRoute for Data Access
After the transfer, the new contractor must authorize PackageRoute to access data in FCC on MGBA. Follow these steps to complete the authorization:

Step 5: Confirmation & Next Steps
Once the transfer is complete, we’ll confirm via email or text. The new contractor will then be able to access the account and manage their operations seamlessly.
