When you publish a schedule in PackageRoute, drivers are notified so they can stay informed and prepared. Drivers can view their schedules directly in the app and receive a notification when new schedules are published.
To enable schedule notifications via the Web App:

Open Settings from the left-hand menu.

Select Schedule.

Turn on “Send a notification to employees on schedule publish.”

Choose how you’d like to notify your drivers:

Email

Push notification
-
Both

Additional Notification Options:

✅ Email me a summary of employee notifications
This will send you a summary so you know who received the schedule and who may have notifications turned off. -
✅ Notify employees the day before their shift
This sends a push notification reminder to drivers the day before their scheduled shift.
Drivers can always view their schedule within the app under My Timecards > My Schedule.
For any issues with notifications, drivers should ensure that push notifications are enabled for the PackageRoute app in their phone’s settings.
