This guide will walk you through creating a new schedule as an AO or BC. Follow these steps to set up and manage your employee schedules efficiently.
1. Open the Schedule Section

Navigate to the "Schedule" section within the web app.

Click on the "+ Create New Schedule" button.
- Right options>under "Schedules"
2. Select the Schedule Start Day
- Choose the start week for your schedule. This will be the week you’ll create the schedule.
3. Choose how to create your new schedule
Select one of the following template options:

- Blank Schedule: Start from scratch.
- Import from Another Schedule: Save time by reusing a previous schedule.

Auto-Generate: Automatically create a schedule using timecard and manifest data.

Note: If you selected "Import from Another Schedule" or "Auto-Generate Schedule," choose the week from which you’d like to pull timecards.

- After selecting your preferred option, click Create to proceed.
4. Schedule Drivers
- Locate the driver you want to schedule from the list.

Click on one of the boxes corresponding to the date and driver you want to schedule:
- Blank Box: No schedule exists for this date. Click the box to add an entry.
- Box with Shift: If the box contains a shift (from a previous schedule or auto-generated), click on the box to edit the entry.
- Day Off: If the driver has a day off, the box will display "DAY OFF."
- Conflict: If there’s a scheduling conflict, the box will be highlighted in red.
5. Choose Shift Type
Select the type of schedule you want to create:
- Shift: Use this for general schedules.
- Route: Include a specific route number for the driver.
6. Enter Schedule Details
Fill in the clock-in and clock-out times for the entry, and add any other details such as meal breaks (not obligatory).
On “Role,” select any role from the drop-down options, or scroll down and create a new one to personalize.
If you selected "Route" as the schedule type, choose the route number from the Route dropdown menu, and add any additional information such as the vehicle number and/or helper(s).
- Note: Scheduling a driver to a route will assign them to the route for the scheduled date. At this time.
7. Save the Entry
Once all details are entered, save the entry.
8. Repeat for Each Driver and Day
- Repeat steps 4 - 7 for each driver and each day of the week until the schedule is complete.
- Review your entire schedule.
- When ready, click Publish at the bottom of the page to finalize and email the schedule to your drivers.
