Using the PackageRoute mobile app, Authorized Officers (AOs) and Business Contacts (BCs) can easily create and edit driver schedules — whether starting fresh or making changes to an existing draft or published schedule.
✅ To Create a New Schedule

Open the side menu and tap Employee Manager

Tap on New Schedule to start creating a new schedule. You will be prompted to select the week for the new schedule.

You have three options for creating a schedule:
- Blank Schedule: Start from scratch.
- Import from Another Schedule: Save time by reusing a previous schedule.

Auto-Generate: Create a schedule automatically from timecard and manifest data.
Note: If you selected "Import from another Schedule" or "Auto-generate Schedule" please select the week you'd like to pull timecards from.

After selecting one of the three options to create a schedule, click Create.

Locate the driver you want to schedule from the list and click on one of the boxes corresponding to the date and driver you want to schedule.

If the box is blank, there is no schedule for the specific date. Tap on the blank box to add an entry.

If the box has a shift (import from another schedule or auto-generate), tab on the box to edit the entry.

If the driver has a day off, you'll see the text "DAY OFF" in the box

If there is a conflict, the box will highlight red

You have two options for the type of schedule:
- Shift: Use for a general schedule.

Route: Include a specific route number for the driver.

On the schedule view:

Tap a cell to assign a route to a driver

Use the color key to identify assigned, unassigned, or off days

Once finished, tap Save as Draft or Publish in the top-right corner
✏️ To Edit a Draft or Published Schedule

From the Schedule tab, select the week you want to edit

Choose either a draft or published schedule

Tap any cell to make changes:

Change the assigned driver

Update or clear the assigned route

After making edits, tap:

Save as Draft if you want to keep changes without publishing

Publish to make the schedule live

You can edit a published schedule at any time. Changes will be visible to drivers immediately after publishing.
