In this article, we'll guide you through the steps to use our updated Timecard Export tool. This tool allows you to easily export your timecards for any specified date or date range. Follow these simple steps to get started:
Steps to Export Timecards
1. Open Employee Manager
Begin by opening the Employee Manager from the main menu. By default, you'll land on the Timecard overview page to the view current day's clock-in/out events.
2. Open the Pay Period Selector
Open the pay period selector and select the date or date range you want to view and export. Select Custom to choose the specific range you need.
You can also click 'See daily timecards' or 'See driver timecards' to view the individual timecards and clock-in/out event locations within the selected pay period prior to exporting.
3. Click the Export Button
Once you've selected your date range, click the Export button located at the top right corner of the screen. You will now see an export brief summarizing the data that will be exported. If you need to make any changes to what is being exported, click on Options to customize the details of your export.
After making any necessary adjustments, remember to click Save Changes to ensure your modifications are applied.
4. Finalize Export
Click Export at the bottom of the page, and choose the destination where you would like to save your file. Select the location on your device, cloud storage where the export file will be saved, or send the file in an email.
That's it! You've successfully exported your timecards using the Timecard Export tool.
While PackageRoute strives to accurately represent your manifest data, please note that differences may arise between PackageRoute and P&D data in DSW. DSW data should be regarded as the definitive source.
