Stop location data is provided by FedEx, but occasionally the coordinates may be off, placing the pin at the wrong address or side of the street. If this happens, drivers can manually update the stop pin location in the PackageRoute app.
Steps to Update a Stop Location

Open the stop you want to update from either the map or stop list

On the Stop Details page, tap Street Location
- If updating the unit location, simply tap Unit Location and continue to the next step.

Move the map so that the red Target is placed on the correct location

Once you're satisfied, tap Change Location

The stop pin will move, and the new location will be saved

After saving, the Stop Details page will show:

The last updated date

The user who made the change
