Universal Pins
With the new Universal Pins feature, you can now directly add detailed images of apartment layouts, building entrances, and other critical delivery information into the app. This ensures that AOs (Area Operators), BCs (Building Coordinators), and drivers have access to accurate and up-to-date delivery details.
How to Add an Apartment Building Map

Open the Route Page
- Navigate to the route page in the app where you want to add the pin.

Select the Pin Icon
- Tap the pin icon located at the bottom right of the map.
3. Create a New Pin

Tap Next to begin the process of creating a new pin.
4. Choose Pin Type
- Select Note, Gate Code, Parking, Appt Map, Restroom, and Reminder from the available pin types.
5. Add a Title
- Enter a descriptive title for the pin to help identify the building or map.
6. Upload an Image
- Library: Choose this option to upload an image from your device’s photo library.
- Camera: Select this to take a new photo using your device’s camera.
7. Complete the Pin
- After uploading or taking the image, finalize the pin creation.
Tips for Effective Pins
- Image Quality: Ensure images are clear and legible, capturing important details like building entrances and apartment layouts.
- Descriptive Titles: Use specific titles to make it easier to identify different locations.
- Regular Updates: Update images as needed to reflect any changes in building layouts or delivery details.
Troubleshooting
- Image Upload Issues: If you experience problems uploading an image, check your internet connection or try restarting the app.
- Pin Visibility: If the pin is not showing up on the map, ensure it was saved correctly and refresh the map view, or go into the filters and toggle On/Off the Annotations filter.
