AOs and BCs can control when drivers are allowed to clock in by setting a minimum clock-in time. This helps ensure drivers don’t start their shifts too early.
How to Set an Earliest Clock-In Time

Open Settings
-
Navigate to Timecards
-
Toggle ON “Prevent clocking in before specified”

Select the earliest clock-in time you want to allow
Once this is set, drivers will be blocked from clocking in before the chosen time.
Optional: Pair with Manifest Visibility Setting
To further manage shift timing, you can also prevent drivers from viewing their manifest before they’ve clocked in:
