If you no longer wish to use PackageRoute, you can request to delete your user account, which will remove your name, phone number, email, and other personal information from the app.
Important: This tool is only for users who no longer want to use PackageRoute. If you are trying to view an ISP you are working for, please see the article “I'm helping another ISP and I cannot see their route(s)”.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Log into the PackageRoute app and open Settings from the main menu.
- Under Account Management, select Delete User Account.
- Confirm your request by selecting Request Deletion.
Once your request is submitted, your account and associated data will be removed.
