PackageRoute uses FedEx's PurpleID login system for access. Each user must have an active FedEx ID and password.
Accessing PackageRoute

Drivers: Can only access PackageRoute via the mobile app.

BCs: If you are unable to access the web app, please contact your AO to grant you BC access. For guidance, refer to: How to Make a Driver a BC or Remove BC Access
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you are experiencing login issues, try the following:

Check Your Signal Strength

Ensure you are in an area with good signal.

Some FedEx stations have dead zones. If possible, move near an open door or step outside the station.

Test Another Device

Check with another driver. If they can log in, try logging in on their device.

If you can log in on another device, restart your device and try again.
