If you’re unable to request time off, it may be due to your ISP’s account settings. Depending on the configuration, there may be:
- A daily limit on the number of time-off requests. If the limit has been reached, you won’t be able to submit a new request for the specific day.
- Time-off requests may be deactivated entirely by your ISP.
If you believe you should be able to request time off or need further assistance, please contact your AO or BC for more information.
