Steps to Review Your Schedule and Time Off Requests
1. Open My Timecards
Begin by opening My Timecards from the menu. This tool allows you to view and manage your schedule and time off requests.

2. Navigate to the Calendar Tab
Once you're in My Timecards, navigate to the Calendar tab. This calendar provides a comprehensive view of your schedule, including work shifts, approved time off, pending time off requests, and any scheduling conflicts.
The calendar uses color codes to help you quickly identify different types of entries:
- Blue: Scheduled work shifts
- Yellow: Pending time off requests
- Green: Approved time off
- Red: Scheduling conflicts
3. Review Published Schedules & Time Off Requests Status
On the calendar, you can change the month to review the scheduled shifts and time off request statuses for the viewed month. This allows you to see your schedule and the status of your time off requests over different months.
By following these steps, you can easily keep track of your schedule, manage your time off requests, and ensure there are no conflicts.
