Fleet Management allows AOs and BCs to view and update important vehicle information in the PackageRoute Web App.
Vehicle numbers are automatically added to PackageRoute once the driver enters the vehicle number on their scanner and starts their shift. From there, you can manage details like registration, inspection, warranty, VIN, license plate, nickname, and odometer readings.
🚚 To manually add a vehicle:

Open Vehicles from the left-hand menu.

Click + New near the top right of the table.

Enter all available vehicle information.
✏️ To edit an existing vehicle:

From the Vehicles list, sort by vehicle number, name, status, inspection or registration expiration, etc.

Select the vehicle you want to update.

Click Edit on the right side to update vehicle details.
Note: The odometer reading updates based on the last service entry.
